This renovation transformed the abandoned 1930’s era Columbia Cigar and Candy Store building into a modern 29,000 sf office building in the heart of Columbia’s Vista. Due to it’s volume on the interior, a second floor was able to be added inside. A new stair tower was added to connect the new interior levels with a new rooftop patio.
