Josh Boltinhouse, AIA, Founding Principal
Josh is a 2008 graduate of Clemson University’s Architecture + Health’s Master’s program. He’s served on the local boards of both the US Green Building Council and American Institute of Architects. Before founding DIG, Josh managed the design department for a local Design Build Firm. Throughout his career, Josh has strived to push the envelope on how projects are delivered and how the design process can be improved.
Luke McCary, Founding Principal
Luke is a 2003 Graduate from Virginia Tech. Luke’s career has been characterized by service and giving back to the profession. Luke has served in all levels of the the American Institute of Architects, from being the youngest AIASC state president to serving on National AIA boards. Before founding DIG, Luke managed the local office of a large regional design firm. Luke’s vast experience and interactions with architects from around the country help bring a unique perspective to projects at DIG.
Erica Laroche, IIDA, Interior Designer
Erica brings a decade of experience as an interior designer with a broad portfolio of project types. Her area of expertise includes Corporate, Hospitality, Medical Office, Religious and Adaptive Reuse. She has the ability to effectively communicate with clients through each part of the design process. Erica is a graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She is a proud mom and wife, who loves spending time with family.
