North Lake Community Learning Center

Located in a prominent location in Lexington, SC, this 9,000 sf renovation was the beginning of a collaborative effort between Midlands Technical College and Lexington School District One to repurpose existing space in an existing middle school building the District had recently replaced. Midlands Tech renovated 6 classrooms and converted the old art room into a new nursing classroom.
